KŘENOVICE ESTATE

We like to project reconstructions of rural buildings, and we were even more pleased to receive such a contract for a house located in Křenovice.

We have kept the character of the original building in our design, which we have combined with modern elements the entrance hall provides sufficient light for the main corridor and the open doors to the terrace, in turn, connect the first-floor lounge with the garden.

The design of the building is particularly striking due to the classic shutters used in the large-format windows and doors. The clients were given a choice of three different colours for the wooden elements - classic wood, blue paint and a light petrol colour, which is a reference to the historic colour scheme of the country farmhouses.

We have landscaped the garden and driveway to accommodate the parking and client stay. Where the front area by the entrance is more open, but there is also a more private, intimate part of the garden with a pond hidden behind fruit trees and shrubs.
