FH NIŽBOR

The original construction of the family house with a hipped roof and a partially habitable attic has been modified by an elegant gable roof with distinctive gable walls and a large bay window overlooking the magnificent garden.

The entire building is finished in light grey plaster, except for the living room extension, which is located on the ground floor. The extension is fully glazed and thus not only provides sufficient light throughout the room but also offers views over the rest of the garden. You can also enjoy the view from the roof of the living room, which is sloping with elements of greenery. From the living room, it is possible to go directly out onto one of the terraces with a seating area for guests.

The terraces are the dominant theme of the outdoor space design as they connect to all the buildings in the garden (the main house, the visitor house and the garage). Two levels of terraces will be created between the main house and the visitor house, each for access from one building. We also designed a terrace near the visitor's house. A hot tube is situated on this terrace. The rest of the garden is designed as an orchard.
