FH KUNRATICE SOUTH

The building has an L-shaped floor plan, where the longer side consists of a two-storey living area and the shorter side consists of a double garage. It is visually divided into three contrasting masses connected by a recessed glass entrance.

Wood cladding has been used on the residential ground floor, which contrasts sharply with the simple white cubic mass of the first floor. This contrast is further emphasized by the stone-clad garage.

The ground floor is distinctively articulated by glass openings, which are smaller towards the street and larger towards the garden, sensually connecting the interior and the garden. The buildings have a flat roof which will serve as a semi-green terrace above the extended first floor.
