GRK – BELLE MAISON
Golf residence Konopiště is a relaxing and entertaining resort. It is situated on a large plot of land in the immediate vicinity of the Konopiště Golf Resort, in the small village of Tvoršovice near Bystřice u Benešova. The whole complex is naturally integrated into the elevation of the Central Bohemian countryside. It consists of 88 apartments, 12 terraced and 28 semi-detached houses.
There are sports grounds, a Club, and an indoor tennis hall near the entrance to the complex. The buildings are based on traditional Czech rural architecture whose appearance is transformed by modern architectural expressions. The façades of the buildings are designed from natural materials wood, and stone in combination with large glass areas, which allow maximum contact of the interior with the surrounding natural environment.
