HOTEL VIVIER

Hotel Vivier is an integral part of an exciting residential complex that melds the past with the present. The complex breathes life into a historic steam brewery building through meticulous restoration and introduces a collection of modern structures. Together, they form a harmonious ensemble that commands the eastern horizon of the city.

This complex weaves itselfinto the cityscape, connecting with the Papež pond, the verdant slopes overlooking the Koryto pond, and the ash and rowan avenue, all nestled in close proximity to the brewery's historical site.

The design of the new buildings, harmonizing with the architectural legacy of the area, takes cues from the rich material palette of the past. This heritage serves as a compelling inspiration for the facade, blending a symphony of plaster with the warmth of wood and the timeless elegance of copper cladding. The copper roofing pays homage to the very materials that once fueled the heart of the original brewery in its iconic boilers.

The hotel itself embodies a tower-like presence, soaring skyward with its nine floors above ground.
