APARTMENT HOTEL HOSTIVAŘ
The aim of the design is to create a complex of apartment hotel for pleasant accommodation in nature. The close proximity of the land, which is literally surrounded by forest, the neighbourhood of the natural forest park and the walking distance to the Hostivař dam led us to the intention to create a sensitively integrated and pleasant accommodation including its own amenities.
The configuration of the development, divided into lower solitary buildings, allows for superior, bright, sunny, airy and quiet living units. The individual buildings will be laid out on terraces in the sloping terrain, and in addition their overall height will decrease downwards, thus opening up the maximum number of apartments to unobstructed views of the landscape.
In connection with the central entrance area to the complex will be located open open space, conceived more as an urban pedestrian zone, designed for meeting, relaxation, shopping, entertainment. The facilities of the complex (shop, restaurant - café, fitness, swimming pool) will be accessible from this area. The other spaces between the buildings are conceived more as greenem.
